The work portrays a narrative about the uneasiness of growing up and moving into

new eras, where one is expected to execute tasks before they know what they’re

doing. The work begins in a suspended tranquility, before being thrown off the deep end. After moving toward darkness and desolation, the music slowly works its way toward a collaborative healing process, founded on the idea that it is the support of those that love and care for us that gets us through the most torrential parts of our lives. The musical and aesthetic realization of this narrative is inspired by Philip Glass, Bruce Broughton, John Luther Adams, Aeryn Santillan, Dave Hall, Christopher Deane, Everything Everywhere All at Once, and non-Euclidean geometry.
